You will develop metrics, present findings to senior leadership, and influence policy improvements across DoD energy programs.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in petroleum supply chain management and bulk fuel storage distribution.
• Perform compliance assessments and ensure accountability across the supply chain.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of bulk and ground fuel programs to identify issues and actions.
• Review and develop policies to improve enterprise-wide compliance.
• Analyze worldwide fuel data to identify trends and provide leadership with insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage the Inventory Compliance Program globally.
• Identify discrepancies affecting auditability and follow up on corrective actions.
• Conduct trend analysis and sampling to identify systemic issues and guide actions.
• Provide data analyses and metrics for senior management reports and briefings.
• Present findings and recommendations to DLA Energy leadership and stakeholders.
