• Manages all phases of petroleum logistics including ordering, distribution and inventory for DoD fuel.
• Develops and monitors top-level programs and policies for energy initiatives.
• Plans and conducts analyses to drive process changes in mission and operation requirements.
• Establishes parameters for energy initiative execution and resource assessment.
• Develops initiatives and project plans to meet DLA Energy priorities.
