Job summary

Delmar International Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process and review international cargo and manage booking transactions for a portfolio of clients.

You will communicate with clients by phone, in writing, and in person to maintain satisfaction and meet company targets, while providing administrative support to the freight services team. You will need strong relationship-building, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both collaboratively

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in the Freight Forwarding environment.
• College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, International Transportation & Customs, or related field is considered an asset.
• Experience in CargoWiseOne system or related systems is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process & review international cargo and manage booking transactions for a portfolio of clients.
• Communicate with clients over the phone, in writing, and in person to maintain satisfaction and meet targets.
• Provide administrative support to the freight services team.
• Conduct customer review calls as per company requests.
