Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in the Freight Forwarding environment.
• College diploma in supply chain or related field is asset.
• Experience with CargoWiseOne or related systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process and review international cargo and manage booking transactions.
• Communicate with clients by phone, written, and in person to maintain satisfaction and targets.
• Provide administrative support to the freight services team.
• Conduct customer review calls as requested.
