Trystum is seeking a Sales Executive to drive commercial growth across cross-border e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, and enterprise shippers needing international air freight and global parcel solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight forwarding sales, strong knowledge of customs workflows, and a talent for building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or cross-border shipping.
• Deep understanding of international air freight forwarding, customs clearance processes, and global fulfillment.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in outbound sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills with C-suite and supply chain decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• New Business Development: generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and events.
• Solution Selling: consult with prospects to identify pain points and propose air freight, customs, and cross-border delivery solutions.
• Deal Negotiation & Closing: manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiations and onboarding.
• Account Transition & Growth: work with operations to ensure smooth launches and upsell opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: track competitors, lane pricing, and international shipping regulations.
• Pipeline Management: maintain pipeline reporting, activity logging, and revenue forecasting in CRM.
