Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an International Operations Agent I to help coordinate daily import/export of freight between the USA and Mexico across all modes. You will work with customers to gather requirements, prepare quotations, and set shipping schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role involves tracking shipments, communicating delays, and coordinating with carriers and partners to resolve issues while aligning with company KPIs and billing processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in export/import operations.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR, DG or TSA regulations and industry standards.
• Proficient with CargoWise and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of shipments across USA & Mexico.
• Qualify shipping requirements and obtain necessary documentation.
• Prepare profitable quotations and set schedules with customers and carriers.
• Track shipments, report delays and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Ensure shipments are billed and compliant with regulations.
