Job summary

You will support branch operational excellence, lead product initiatives, and drive operational, financial, and compliance objectives. The role requires 7+ years in Freight Forwarding operations, 5+ years in supervision, and strong leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Freight Forwarding operations experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Firm working knowledge/experience handling air/ocean imports and exports.
• CargoWise (C1) experience is a plus.
• Customs Brokerage experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch remains compliant with JAS processes and procedures and governmental standards.
• Meet company and customer KPIs.
• Manage KPIs using operational/financial dashboards.
• Oversee branch workflow and staff productivity.
• Maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
• Work with operations, sales, warehousing, and support teams to meet targets.
