Responsibilities

• Oversee imports/exports via air/ocean, warehousing, and customs brokerage oversight.
• Support branch operational excellence and product initiatives.
• Meet company and customer KPIs and manage KPI dashboards.
• Manage branch workflow and drive staff productivity via PowerBI dashboards.
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations.
