Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks an International Operations Agent I to coordinate import/export shipments across the USA & Mexico. You will handle customer requirements, prepare quotations, set schedules, and ensure timely loading and arrival of shipments.

In this role you will manage documentation, monitor shipments, and resolve delays while adhering to regulatory standards and company KPIs. Kentucky-based, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of export/import operations experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR, DG or TSA regulations.
• Proficient in CargoWise and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with NVOCC, ATA, FAA, CBP and related processes.
• Experience handling shipments documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Qualify shipping requirements and gather details for quotation and operation.
• Prepare profitable quotations and set shipping schedules.
• Coordinate day-to-day import/export operations and document reviews.
• Track delays, damages and issues; resolve customer problems.
• Interact with customers, carriers, ports and international partners.
