Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking an International Operations Agent I to coordinate daily import/export shipments between the USA and Mexico across all modes.

You will work with customers to gather requirements, prepare quotations, set schedules, and ensure timely loading and delivery. The role requires 2+ years of export/import operations experience and knowledge of regulations (ITAR, DG, TSA, CBP).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of export/import operations experience.
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance for cross border shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day import/export of international shipments (air/ocean).
• Prepare and communicate shipment quotations and schedules to customers and carriers.
• Ensure shipments comply with regulations and are billed correctly.
