thyssenkrupp Materials Services is seeking a Dispatcher/Coordinator to manage shipments in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate orders, communicate with customers and vendors, and ensure timely delivery of freight globally.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays. Benefits include standard company offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related experience in international transportation/logistics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with MS Excel and Word
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in domestic and international logistics/transportation
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, US Customs, FAST, PIP, ACE e-Manifest

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and vendors professionally.
• Record and allocate pickup/delivery in the freight system.
• Maintain daily entries in freight management systems for domestic/international freight.
• Maintain records for customer billing.
• Direct dispatch of drivers and vendor drivers.
• Negotiate pricing with current and potential vendors.
• Maintain daily vendor contact to ensure on-time delivery of freight.
• Ensure accurate maternal inventory records and proper billing.
