Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior logistics experience required; training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn international shipping terminology and docs.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordination of international air and ocean shipments.
• Communicate shipment instructions and status updates to stakeholders.
• Request and review freight rates, schedules, and routing options.
• Assist with booking cargo with airlines, steamship lines, and trucking companies.
• Prepare and organize shipping docs: packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills.
• Enter shipment data in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Escalate urgent matters and assist with issue resolution.
