Job summary

Toyota Financial Services in Plano, Texas seeks a seasoned leader to develop and evolve enterprise fraud prevention strategy across TMCC and TMFS portfolios. Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of fraud prevention, investigations, and/or financial crimes experience.
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge with banking/finance focus.
Experience building or scaling fraud detection frameworks and investigations.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve enterprise fraud prevention strategy.
Lead detection models and emerging technology solutions (ML, analytics).
Partner with IT, Data Science, Risk, and Operations to embed controls.
Oversee fraud investigations across TMCC and TMFS portfolios with rigorous standards.
Report performance, risk indicators, and regulatory findings to leadership.
