Job summary

SoTalent is seeking a Principal Fraud Analytics & Strategy Lead to drive the global fraud prevention framework. The role partners with senior leadership to shape policy, analytics, and detection tools across the enterprise.

You will own strategy development, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while guiding cutting-edge analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in Financial Crimes or Fraud Strategy within a regulated financial institution.
• Expert-level knowledge of fraud rules management and translating business requirements into technical logic.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, BI tools, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end fraud strategy from policy creation to execution of advanced analytic rules.
• Lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders to translate objectives into robust solution strategies.
• Manage and influence implementation of large-scale fraud detection tools and automated controls.
• Monitor global fraud trends and adopt advanced scientific methodologies to mitigate risk.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights for C-suite leaders.
