Amazon’s Worldwide Operations Finance Central Headcount & Opex FP&A team seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to partner in delivering consolidated financial views for strategic decisions across global fulfillment, freight, and services. You’ll influence headcount strategy, expense management, and workforce productivity with data-driven insights.

You will lead planning cycles, provide analytics to inform budgeting, and collaborate with FP&A stakeholders to drive improvements and timely month-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in finance, accounting, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years in finance or analytical roles with reporting experience.
• 3+ years building financial/operational reports for decision making.
• 3+ years cross-functional initiatives affecting financial performance and strategy.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data for strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting cycles with FP&A partners.
• Provide analytics for headcount planning, employee and operating expense management.
• Prepare trend and variance analysis with root-cause identification.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements with automation and ML to improve data health.
• Build partnerships with finance stakeholders for alignment across planning and close reporting.
