Job summary

GE Vernova, a global energy leader, is seeking a Senior Finance Systems and SIOP Specialist to own the Field Services ITR tool (Astro) and drive global standard processes across regions. You will partner with FP&A and Operations to deliver accurate forecasts, pacing, and KPI reporting while shaping cost visibility and profitability.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and transformation of the field services fulfillment model in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial work experience in a global business environment.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure.
• Proactive in driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational mindset with finance and business acumen.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional owner for Field Services ITR tool (Astro).
• Lead design and cross-functional implementation of global operating standards for Field Services fulfilments and SIOP process enhancements.
• Support Services planning, pacing, monthly close and reporting cycles; ensure KPI reporting and accurate forecasts.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations and regional stakeholders to align operations with financial results and improve cost visibility.
