Job summary

Wabtec Corporation, based in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across regions and business units.

You will partner with leaders to translate financial insights into actionable plans, drive performance improvements, and ensure forecast accuracy. The role combines hands-on analysis with leadership of a global FP&A team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive FP&A, finance, accounting in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and close processes with internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes globally.
• Prepare and review complex analyses and executive-ready deliverables.
• Lead monthly performance reviews; identify root causes and actions.
• Develop management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for decision support.
• Support ERP implementation and TSA transition activities.
