Worthington Steel is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to oversee reporting, forecasting, budgeting and executive performance reporting. You will translate financial and operational results into actionable insights for senior leadership, driving efficiency and strategic decision-making.

You will lead cross-functional forecasting, annual budgeting and long-range planning, partnering with department heads to optimize costs and report on compensation metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Extensive experience in FP&A leadership roles.
• GAAP understanding and ability to translate numbers into insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop executive-level reporting and commentary connecting financial results to drivers.
• Support earnings prep and external reporting with financial analysis and context.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and exec performance reporting.
• Assist in setting short- and long-term variable compensation targets and reporting.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Implement scalable improvements to financial reporting processes, leveraging AI tools.
• Support integration of acquisitions into the financial reporting environment.
