Job summary

Paramount Pictures in New York is seeking a Senior Analyst to partner with Financial and Business teams to manage budgeting, forecasting, and AI-enabled reporting. You will build Power BI dashboards for leaders, support long-range planning, and drive strategic decisions across the portfolio.

The role requires 4+ years in forecasting and budgeting, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Highly analytic; using AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate a matrixed environment.
• Works effectively across teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Business teams to build budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Design and improve financial dashboards using AI; review monthly forecasts and trends.
• Prepare monthly close, accruals, and journal entries.
• Develop CERs and business justifications for capital projects.
• Communicate results to department heads and project owners.
