Paramount is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the CBS News, Stations, and CMV Digital divisions. You will help ensure forecast accuracy, manage monthly operating expenses, and drive data-driven decisions within a dynamic, global media environment.

The role offers exposure to evolving streaming platforms and opportunities to deliver actionable financial insights across multiple business units. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in finance, accounting, or similar quantitative role; media/entertainment/tech a plus.
Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

Budgeting/Forecasting: develop models to forecast monthly P&L and drive annual budgets for CBS News, Stations, and CMV Digital Properties.
Collaborate with Accounting for monthly close preparation.
Manage month-end accruals, contracts, and invoices.
Oversee expense management, risk analysis, and mitigation.
Monitor cost controls to maintain profitability and achieve targets.
Work with Inventory & Pricing, BI, Business Development, and Production teams for forecasts.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses for internal reviews and quick decision-making.
Provide strategic financial insights aligned with business goals.
