Job summary

Catholic Relief Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A Global Process to lead agency-wide budgeting, forecasting, and reporting governance.

You will own the design and delivery of processes, templates, and tools, partnering with the Director of FP&A, CFO, and executives on scenario planning and resource allocation. You will oversee budget calendars, optimize processes, coordinate with FP&A teams, and drive improvements in workforce planning, reporting platforms, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and business processes.
• Excel expertise and MS Office experience.
• Experience with reporting software and data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own global budget and forecast calendar, guidance, templates and communications.
• Lead budget/forecast process optimization and coordination.
• Coordinate reporting cycles and deliver budget packages to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance to consolidate insights for exec reviews.
• Support scenario planning and resource allocation with FP&A leadership.
• Oversee workforce planning and headcount budget reporting.
• Maintain FP&A systems governance and tool requirements.
