Beratung is a top international management consultancy firm specializing in strategy, finance, and performance improvement. Join RTN’s Business Performance team to lead the financial framework and drive data-driven decisions at a global level.

The role sits in the Bain GBS Center, Warsaw, collaborating with leadership, regional operations, and internal finance functions to expand RTN globally and ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A experience (AP/AR, revenue recognition, etc.).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and forecast performance.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities and dashboards to support data-backed decisions.
