Job summary

Beratung is a leading international management consultancy firm. The role supports RTN’s business performance framework and works within the global RTN leadership and Bain GBS teams during a period of strategic transformation.

Based in the GBS Center in Warsaw, you will coordinate with finance, regional operations and internal Beratung functions to roll out the financial framework globally, including pricing analytics and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A experience (accounts payable/ receivable, revenue recognition).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyse data.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and escalation point for financial process matters
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with KPI dashboards and data-driven decisions
