Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks a seasoned leader to head FP&A Model Development, guiding a global team in designing, implementing, and governing forecasting models for balance sheet, P&L, and capital planning. This senior role shapes long-term modeling strategy, partners with risk and finance leaders, and ensures regulatory alignment across geographies.

The role emphasizes innovation, AI/ML capabilities, and scalable execution to support critical business decisions and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in model development and analytics.
• Advanced communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with internal/external controls and regulators (incl. US).
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, enhancement, implementation, and governance of Balance Sheet and P&L forecasting models globally.
• Set strategic FP&A modeling roadmap aligned with regulatory objectives.
• Partner with Model Risk Management for lifecycle, validation, and remediation.
• Support scenario-based forecasting with econometric assumptions and indicators.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and business leaders to align priorities.
• Own regulatory engagement related to forecasting models and governance.
• Define modeling standards, infrastructure needs, and enabling technologies.
• Lead a global team of quantitative professionals and manage talent development.
• Provide leadership through portfolio reviews and independent risk assessments.
• Continuously monitor model performance and address risks/gaps.
