Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in analytical roles with impact on business outcomes.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Financial modeling proficiency; working knowledge of modeling tools and experience with data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank's forecasting and budget process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals during startup phase.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Oversee capital stress testing and ongoing monitoring with cross-functional validation of inputs.
• Provide performance insights by diagnosing variances and advising actions.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives to inform strategy and decisions.
• Partner with Affim, Inc. cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows.
• Build and lead the Bank's FP&A team and drive day-to-day finance operations.
