  • Strong experience in financial modeling and business case development.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a matrixed and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable, global cost models across regions and functions.
  • Translate complex initiatives into structured financial models.
  • Develop end-to-end business cases with investment sizing, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis.
  • Drive standardization of cost modeling frameworks, templates, and assumptions globally.
  • Deliver executive-ready insights and reporting to support investment decisions.
  • Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to identify risks and drivers.
  • Enable cross-functional and regional alignment on cost assumptions and outcomes.
  • Support prioritization of initiatives through data-driven financial insights.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cost structures and improve investment efficiency.
  • Build and enhance FP&A capabilities related to initiative modeling and governance.
