Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
6‑8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
2‑4 years previous experience in an FP&A role.
Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Drive the coordination of global enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting processes, including standardization into the operating units.
Lead the progression of forecasting to a driver-based approach, incorporating both internal and external drivers of business performance.
Own the investment analysis and progress against investment commitments.
Drive improvement in rigor of margin analysis to understand effectiveness of pricing, selling programs and SG&A investments.
Create ad hoc analytics for the Director FP&A and operating unit executive leaders.
Compile benchmarking to understand performance relative to the outside world and competition.
