Job summary

Rite-Hite Holding Corporation is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support the global operating unit leadership team. You will identify financial drivers for FP&A processes, drive driver-based forecasting, and own investment analysis in collaboration with executives.

Strong modeling and executive communication are essential. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in finance or accounting with 6–8 years in progressive finance roles, including 2–4 years in FP&A, preferably in manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
6–8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
2–4 years in FP&A experience.
Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment.
Proficient in financial modeling and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate global enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting.
Progress forecasting toward driver-based approach using internal and external drivers.
Own investment analysis and progress against commitments.
Improve margin analysis to evaluate pricing, programs and SG&A.
Create ad hoc analytics for FP&A and executives.
Benchmark performance relative to external competition.
