Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Divisional Finance Manager to partner with Division VP and regional leaders. You will own the division’s financial rhythm, from sales funnel to revenue, gross margin, and working capital, while building a small team of analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong experience with driver-based forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted finance partner to Division VP and Regional Operations leaders.
• Own division driver-based rolling forecast with year-to-go accuracy.
• Lead annual operating plan and monthly forecast cycle.
• Coach a small team of analysts and drive performance improvements.
