Rite-Hite Corporation in Milwaukee seeks a Manager Financial Planning & Analysis to support global operating unit leadership. You will help identify financial drivers and integrate them into FP&A processes, reporting to the VP of Finance and collaborating with executives.

Responsibilities include coordinating enterprise-wide planning, driving driver-based forecasting, owning investment analysis, improving margin analysis, and creating ad hoc analytics for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
• 2-4 years previous experience in an FP&A role.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills using relevant and modern software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the coordination of global enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Lead the progression of forecasting to a driver-based approach with internal and external drivers.
• Own the investment analysis and progress against investment commitments.
• Drive improvement in rigor of margin analysis to understand pricing programs and SG&A.
• Create ad hoc analytics for the Director FP&A and operating unit leaders.
• Compile benchmarking to understand performance relative to the outside world and competition.

The individual in this role will help to identify financial drivers of the business to be incorporated into the FP&A processes. The manager of FP&A will report directly to the VP of Finance.
