Teleflex Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting and analysis for our global operations. The role collaborates with finance teams to develop forecasting tools, consolidate results, and support executive management with key financial insights.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in progressive finance roles, ERP/analytics experience, and a strong IFRS foundation.

Formación

• 7+ years in progressive finance roles with FP&A focus.
• BS in Finance/Accounting is required; CPA or MBA a plus.
• Experience leading in a global manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience dealing with multiple currencies and cross-currency impacts preferred.
• Strong IFRS understanding and financial consolidation knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee annual budgeting, strategic planning, analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with local finance teams on forecasting, budgeting and analytics processes/tools.
• Drive budgeting, consolidation and reporting, ensuring IFRS-based information is reconciled.
• Support investments, financings, and potential M&A opportunities with financial analysis.
• Develop KPIs and scorecards to monitor business unit performance.
