Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated seeks a senior FP&A Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for a global manufacturing business. You will drive IFRS-based reporting and consolidate financial data across currencies, collaborating with finance, IT and operations.

You will develop KPIs, support acquisitions, and present insights to executives. A BS in Finance/Accounting with CPA/MBA is preferred, with 7+ years in progressive finance roles and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive finance roles with FP&A experience.
• BS in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA is a plus.
• Experience in leadership within a global manufacturing company preferred.
• Experience with multiple currencies and cross-currency impacts preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and recommend actions.
• Understanding of IFRS and financial consolidation processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting with IFRS-based reporting.
• Prepare consolidated balance sheet and cash flow; manage budget tracking.
• Collaborate with IT (HFM/PBCS) to implement FP&A tools.
• Support major investments, financings, and potential M&A opportunities.
• Develop KPIs and scorecards to monitor business performance.
• Prepare executive-level management presentations.
• Assist in integration of acquisitions and related budgeting processes.
