Job summary

• 15+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis leadership experience.
• Senior FP&A leader for a global organization.
• Consolidated company-wide P&L ownership and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A: planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Own consolidated financial model across all units and regions.
• Provide executive-level reporting for CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
• Develop revenue and profitability guidance with quarterly updates.
• Drive KPI dashboards and performance metrics for enterprise-wide insight.
• Mentor and build a high-performing global FP&A team.
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes and systems.
