SVP Worldwide is seeking a Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis to lead strategic budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a global footprint. You will drive liquidity planning, model scenarios, and partner with executives on the profitability roadmap.

You will build and coach a high-performing FP&A team across regions, implement process improvements, and deliver insightful analyses to the CEO, CFO, and Board. Hybrid work with strong collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or another business-related field is required. MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the area of financial reporting or the equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team, including developing, engaging and acquiring top talent.
• Prior Private Equity FP&A experience preferred.
• Proven experience supporting executive leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual consolidated budget process with regional and department targets.
• Oversee SVP Worldwide monthly forecasting aligned with strategy.
• Support cash flow management and liquidity planning.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Manage three-year plan and five-year outlook; act as business partner to profitability roadmap projects.
• Lead and mentor a global FP&A team; drive continuous improvement.
