Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience.
• Experience serving as the senior FP&A leader for a global organization.
• Direct ownership of consolidated company-wide P&L management.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience partnering with CEOs, CFOs, Executive Leadership Teams, and Boards of Directors.
• Experience managing global FP&A organizations.
• Advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Own the consolidated company-wide financial model and enterprise planning process.
• Partner directly with the CFO and CEO on financial strategy and long-range planning.
• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly business reviews.
• Drive executive and Board-level financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage quarterly revenue and profitability guidance.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics across the company.
• Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and business transformation opportunities.

Ribbon Communications is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to report directly to the CFO and lead the company's global FP&A organization.

This executive leadership role will be responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management, and strategic decision support across the company. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors while driving financial excellence and operational performance globally.

Location

Strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Regular in-person collaboration with executive leadership is expected.
