Job summary

Beratung, a top international management consultancy, seeks a Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s financial framework from the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw. You will partner with global leadership and regional operations to drive budgeting and performance improvements.

You will build analytical capabilities, manage a team of financial coordinators, and ensure accurate accounting, forecasting and revenue recognition, delivering data-driven insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing annual budgeting processes.
• Extensive FP&A experience including revenue recognition and cost control.
• Ability to build and manage complex financial models and dashboards.
• Experience leading a team across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters (e.g. invoice discrepancies).
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN, arming RTN leadership and regional operations with business performance data needed to make data-backed decisions (i.e., pricing engine creation, automated KPI dashboards, etc.)
