Job summary

Logitech is seeking a strategic, analytical Finance Manager to join our Global Finance organization. You will be the core analytical engine behind Services and Verticals, overseeing full P&L support, guiding complex implementations, and driving global forecasting.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, translates complex financial data into actionable business strategies, and collaborates across Accounting, IT, and Operations to ensure financial integrity and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting.
• Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-layered P&Ls with strong OPEX planning and revenue accounting knowledge.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, Operations, and Sales to guide financial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L support for the Services business, including OPEX planning, channel program evaluation, and category impact analysis.
• Lead accounting reconciliations of actuals vs bookings and ensure integrity of the Services P&L.
• Act as strategic liaison for new services initiatives, partnering with Accounting, IT and Operations.
• Develop reporting framework for new initiatives, aligning IT and Sales Operations and delivering data-driven insights to management.
• Own global forecasting for new initiatives by consolidating regional sales and margin forecasts.
