Job summary

RSM is seeking a senior finance leader to drive FP&A for the Consulting line of business in Chicago. You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis, and partner with leadership to guide strategic decisions across the firm.

The role requires 15+ years of related experience, CPA/MBA preferred, and strong communication and leadership skills to motivate a global finance team and deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business is required.
• CPA or MBA in Finance is preferred.
• 15+ years related experience in a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the Consulting line of business, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Direct preparation of financial reports, performance analyses, and strategic plans.
• Drive cost management, pricing, and profitability improvements for Consulting.
• Present financial performance and opportunities to firm-wide executives.
• Manage a global finance team and collaborate with leadership on strategy.
