Job summary

Turtle Beach is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the Company’s global budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting functions.

This position will serve as a trusted partner to the CFO, executive leadership, and functional leaders, providing the financial insight needed to guide strategic decisions and improve business performance. The successful candidate will have experience building and scaling FP&A capabilities within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
Experience leading FP&A with global scope and executive reporting.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Experience supporting inventory-intensive operations and product cost analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead global annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
Develop forecasts for revenue, gross margin, Opex, headcount, cash flow.
Maintain rolling forecasts for rapid evaluation of performance shifts.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting and variance analyses for leadership and board.
Develop scenario models for investments, pricing, and risk assessment.
Partner with Accounting to align forecasts with actuals and external reporting.
Mentor and develop a high-performing global FP&A team.
Integrate ERP/CRM/BI data, create automated reporting tools.
Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration planning.
