Job summary

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a Director FP&A for a global high‑tech manufacturing company. You will own the full P&L and partner closely with operations, targeting candidates with 10+ years of finance experience in large, global settings.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning, build robust reporting, and deliver modeling to guide strategic initiatives. Collaboration across finance and manufacturing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in a large, global company preferred.
• Strong analytical skills including modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience supporting operations-focused or manufacturing environments.
• Proficient with ERP and financial reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decisions
• Lead ongoing planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term outlooks
• Build and maintain reporting and performance tracking to improve visibility into results and trends
• Deliver financial analysis and modeling to evaluate initiatives, investments, and trade-offs
• Collaborate across finance and operations teams to support performance improvement and execution
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and the overall effectiveness of finance support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field
• 10+ years of FP&A experience
• Large, global company experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience supporting an operations-focused or manufacturing environment
