Job summary

Brink's Inc. is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead global cost modeling and business case development for enterprise-wide initiatives.

The role will also manage corporate close and reporting, partnering with regional finance and operations to translate complex programs into structured financial insights. The ideal candidate has extensive FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of driving cost efficiency and governance across multi-region functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
8–12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
Strong financial modeling and business case development.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience working in a matrixed and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable global cost models for initiatives across regions.
Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to translate initiatives into financial models.
Develop end-to-end business cases with ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback.
Standardize cost modeling frameworks, templates, and assumptions globally.
Deliver executive-ready insights and reporting for investment decisions.
Model scenarios and sensitivity analyses to identify risks and drivers.
Align cost assumptions across regions and functions to plans.
