Job summary

Beratung is seeking a Business Performance Manager to drive RTN’s financial framework within the Global RTN leadership team. Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will bridge finance, operations, and consulting to enable strategic transformation.

You will coordinate global budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards, collaborating with internal finance partners and regional operations to roll out robust performance processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience managing annual budgeting, forecasts and FP&A activities.
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and coordinate with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Develop analytical capabilities and dashboards for RTN leadership.
