Job summary

Beratung seeks a Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s performance framework, partnering with global leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting and data‑driven decisions. Based in the Bain GBS Warsaw center, you will coordinate with Finance and regional operations to ensure robust financial planning and reporting.

You will manage a team of financial coordinators, develop analytics capabilities and dashboards, and provide strategic insights to leadership across geographies.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast financial performance and identify trends.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with data-driven insights, dashboards and pricing analytics.
