Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will provide decision-support and analytics to the International division leadership, focusing on variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc projects.

You will help prepare monthly/quarterly operating review presentations and assess run-rates, drivers, and trends. The role emphasizes cross-functional communication, data interpretation, and providing insights to shape the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting, FP&A or budgeting.
• MBA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide business decision support and financial analytics to the International division leadership.
• Develop and prepare variance analyses, revenue/cost trend analyses, budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc projects.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly operating review presentations.
