Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to drive global planning, variance reporting, and financial projections. You will partner with management to convert business plans into measurable financials and present timely information to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a Tier 1 BPO or ITO, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent PowerPoint presentation abilities, with strong English and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA from a reputed business school.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a Tier 1 BPO or ITO company.
• Power user in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dynamic linking).
• Excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint.
• Above-average fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Planning and Variance reporting Process for the organization globally.
• Build a dynamic financial projections model with cost center breakdown and consolidation.
• Collaborate with Process Owners to finalize projections/budgets—monthly breakdown with key assumptions.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to track actuals vs. budget.
• Report variance monthly at cost/profit center and consolidated levels.
• Provide other management reports and analytics to drive goals.
