Job summary

Teradyne in North Reading, MA seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support global manufacturing operations, drive close processes, and provide financial insight across the organization. You will mentor a remote finance team, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline costing, reporting, and controls.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing finance, CPA/MBA preferred, and Oracle Fusion ERP/Hyperion experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in finance or accounting, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GL accounting, financial reporting, month-end close.
• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and cost analysis.
• Experience supporting quarterly close and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead and develop remote teams across locations and time zones.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and analysis skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and Hyperion tools.
• Demonstrated AI proficiency to improve finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes with accurate reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Manage GL activities and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead remote global finance team across time zones.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on costing and inventory.
• Review manufacturing variances and inventory reserves.
• Support internal/external audits and strengthen controls.
• Lead process improvements and finance technology initiatives.
