Equinix, Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager for the Equinix Foundation to lead global communications and elevate the Foundation’s voice worldwide and locally.

You will align Foundation messaging with the broader Equinix brand narrative, advancing thought leadership and community trust through human-centric storytelling. You will collaborate with Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Global Marketing, Brand, Sustainability, and regional teams to develop narratives and amplify impact

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in communications, marketing, public affairs, and/or social impact storytelling—preferably in global or matrixed organizations.
• Experience creating written and visual content for social media, blogs, reports, and executive communications.
• Experience managing brand or social channels (LinkedIn preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead a global Foundation communications strategy aligned with Equinix brand values.
• Serve as Foundation’s brand guardian, ensuring consistency across regions and channels.
• Partner with regional teams to source community stories and translate impact into engaging content.
