Qualifications

• Excellent writer and editor, able to simplify complex topics with clear, engaging copy.
• Highly organized with proven ability to maintain an editorial calendar and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong research skills and ability to translate context into executive messaging.
• Experienced using AI tools to support research, drafting, and content production.
• Brings fresh, creative thinking around visual and social content.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable in a small, fast-moving team and cross-functional work.
• Hands-on video production skills including filming and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Responsibilities

• Draft and adapt internal messaging for company-wide channels and key moments.
• Develop executive-level written materials, talking points, presentations, and remarks.
• Prepare briefing documents and materials for high-profile executive engagements.
• Draft and edit executive video scripts and multimedia content.
• Edit and proofread executive communications materials.
• Plan and execute CEO-related events and company meetings.
• Prepare talking points and briefing notes for company meetings.
• Stay current on industry trends to inform executive messaging.
• Create social-ready content for the CEO's channels.
• Own and maintain the editorial content calendar and related processes.
