Equinix seeks a Communications Manager for the Equinix Foundation to lead global storytelling and brand-aligned communications. You will source community stories, elevate the Foundation’s voice, and partner with Corporate Communications and Public Affairs to advance visibility worldwide and locally.

• A strong writer and storyteller with a talent for distilling complex initiatives into compelling written and visual narratives
• A strategic thinker who can navigate cross-functional relationships and influence without authority
• Passionate about digital inclusion, global development, and community impact
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across time zones
• 5–7 years of experience in communications, marketing, public affairs, and/or social impact storytelling—preferably in global or matrixed organizations
• Strong writing and editorial skills, with experience creating written and visual content for social media, blogs, reports, and executive communications
• Experience managing brand or social channels (LinkedIn preferred)
• Background in ESG, CSR, philanthropy, or nonprofit communications is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, regions, and levels of seniority
• Familiarity with global development, workforce development, or digital inclusion topics is beneficial

Responsabilidades

• Develop a global Foundation communications strategy aligned with brand narrative and priorities.
• Serve as the Foundation's brand guardian, ensuring consistency across regions and channels.
• Adapt communications to cultural, geographic, and linguistic contexts while maintaining global alignment.
• Shape a global thought leadership platform around digital inclusion and workforce development.
• Support Executives with platforms for Foundation Board Members and other leaders, and help craft talking points for forums.
• Build a pipeline of community stories with nonprofit partners and Equinix employees for internal and external content.
• Lead storytelling for programs like Pathways to Tech and for major moments (Company Meeting).
• Launch, manage, and grow the Equinix Foundation LinkedIn Showcase Page, with content strategy and analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Sustainability, Employee Communications, and regional teams to align messaging.
• Convert program data into accessible reports and narratives for stakeholders.
