Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Foreign Clearance Program SME to oversee analysis and compliance across international operations, ensuring the Foreign Clearance Guide stays current with host-nation sovereignty laws and clearance requirements.

You will coordinate complex programs, work with DoW and USAF interfaces, and utilize Excel and SharePoint to inform decisions. A TS/SCI clearance and a relevant bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Foreign Clearance Programs (FCP).
• 5+ years of experience in the DoW Foreign Clearance Program (FCP), including APACS policy and procedures.
• Experience processing and coordinating country clearance and theater clearance.
• Experience in planning, directing, and managing complex and extended projects and operations.
• Ability to use tools supporting data analysis and usable reporting such as Excel, SharePoint, and database tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in an international relations, national security studies, political science, or public administration field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Foreign Clearance Guide with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Ensure alignment with current treaties, policies, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Support interagency and international collaboration to enhance national security.
